March 2022 Newsletter

It’s March!  I can hardly keep up with time!  LOL!  Our moving truck has still not arrived, and my office is still not set up!  Ugh!  I continue to get many opportunities to practice all of the stress reduction techniques I know.  This entire experience has certainly given me a large dose of patient endurance and learning to find contentment with what I can do and not focus on what is out of my control.  It’s been a process, but one that has refined my character and brought much growth into my life, so I am grateful. February 2022 Newsletter

Receive Release Relax This is my new tagline. This August it will be nine years in business thanks to you. My experience has led me to some firm conclusions. No matter how much I continue to learn and improve my skills as a Stress Management Specialist, it really comes down to these three R’s. We can only change if we are willing to receive information, release dissonant thought patterns and behaviors, and relax into transformation with grace and ease. Thinking of you in 2022!

May this year be filled with healthy motivations of mind, body, and spirit. I am in Tennessee now.  We are living with a friend until our home closes in February.  We are very excited for the fresh start.  It is very different here.  I can see that digestive, sensitivities, and toxicity issues abound.  Once I am settled into our home, I will pursue a place to set up shop, but until then I am going to focus on my remote clients.
